@sanjay @johoromero I went through a period a couple of months ago of having to reboot my cablemodem every couple of days. @CoxHelp came and replaced it; didn’t help. The problem eventually solved itself. I don’t know what was wrong, or what fixed it.

Good ol’ reliable @CoxComm internet down again. Down since 4pm. Called, said it will be out until 6am. Unacceptable given they just raised my monthly payment by 27 dollars. Hopefully that money will help, but I’m sure it’s going into the CEOs pockets rather than infrastructure.

@CoxHelp @CoxComm I’m not talking about outages. I’m talking about how I’m paying a ridiculous price for the highest speed internet and I’m not getting that. Also, I was NOT aware of a price hike. I’ve been a customer for so long and with a member of my family working from home, it’s unacceptable.
